Bond Zone 100

A soil coagulant that lifts and binds sediment in the reclaim reservoir, concentrating most of it in the pit so your reclaim can pull it out. Works with every reclaim unit, and especially well with separators that filter by particle size.

Drop Zone 200

Runs in tandem with Bond Zone. Drop Zone 200 takes the bonded sediment and settles it to the bottom of the reservoir, keeping the dirt in the pit and easing the load on the reclaim system.

Biological treatment

Bio-Zone tank and pit treatment.

Bio-Zone is a natural, patented bacterial product that goes after your toughest organic waste and odor problems. It blends pseudomonas fluorescens and pseudomonas putida, two strains with exceptionally high degradation capability, and carries billions of live bacteria that degrade wastewater and oxidize many odor-causing pollutants.

  • Operating rangeThe bacteria need very little to thrive in reclaim water. They prefer a pH between 6 and 8 and at least 1 PPM dissolved oxygen.
  • Air injectionWe build ambient air injectors that drop into existing reclaim systems, and complete re-circulation pump and injector packages.
  • DosingInoculate 2.5 gallons every 30 days at a dosing rate of 0.5 oz per hour through a dosing pump.
  • ResultEliminates hydrogen sulfide odor and reduces TSS and BOD, which means cleaner reclaim water and far less sludge on tank cleaning day.
